* Outokumpu * to expand in * Richburg,* bring 20 jobs

Outokumpu Stainless Bar will build a second plant in the Richburg area, an $18 million investment that will create 20 jobs. The company expects to begin hiring in June through Staffmark in Rock Hill.

The 60,000-square-foot plant will provide additional capacity for stainless bar production for customers in the transportation, aerospace, and oil and gas industries.  Outokumpu is a unit of Outokumpu Group, a stainless steel and alloys manufacturer based in Finland.
