Precision Aerospace expands to Cascade, creates 40 jobs

Precision Aerospace Corp., a Grand Rapids-based aircraft components manufacturer, is expanding to a new facility in Cascade Township. The company will invest $5 million and create 40 jobs over the next two years by consolidating and expanding operations from two other locations.

The company performs machining, stamping, welding, assembly, testing and extensive layout/inspection of medium- to high-complexity mechanical aircraft components and assemblies. It serves more than two dozen aircraft customers and approximately 10 non-aerospace customers, and has been dedicated to meeting the needs of the aerospace industry for more than 40 years.
