SC Aviation flies high with new hangar, jobs in Janesville
JANESVILLE, S.C. — SC Aviation, Inc. is expanding its services in Janesville and adding a new hangar.
The company is planning to expand its air charter operations and aircraft maintenance at the Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport. They also hope to improve their domestic and international services as well with the creation of the 36,720-square-foot hangar.
“We’re looking for Janesville to continue its growth in aviation and aerospace,” said Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch. “We’re seeing growth all over the state, but we know this airport in particular represents great opportunities.
Once completed, the company expects to hire 30 more full-time employees. The expansion project will cost about $22.5 million.
